RESERVATIONS
are only binding once you have received a written confirmation from us and we have received the deposit. You can also transfer the entire booking value in advance.

Check IN: 15.00-21.00 hrs
Check OUT: 07.30-11.00 a.m.

On completion of the reservation by credit card

DOGS AND OTHER PETS
Your four-legged friend is very welcome to stay with us. We charge 20 € per day and animal. We reserve the right to charge additional final cleaning costs of up to €100. In the event of damaged inventory or similar, we take the liberty of contacting your dog liability insurance company.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Something can always come up so that you cannot start your vacation.
We therefore ask you to inform us in writing in good time.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will not be charged.
Cancellations within 13 to 3 days before arrival will incur a fee of 40% of the total amount booked.
If canceled within 2 days prior to arrival, a fee of 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
Cancellation 1 day before arrival, on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure or booked and unoccupied beds, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reservation order for the days not enjoyed.
